Andy Jones, Operations Director & Co-Founder

Andy is a senior IT executive with over 20 years blue-chip experience in IT, sales and customer service gained in diverse organisations including BT, Royal London Insurance and the Tote. Prior to founding Ibexis, he was divisional Head of IT at the Tote (£2bn betting & gaming company) with IT responsibility for retail, race courses, the pools and group management information. His was responsible for a large team that encompassed IT development, project managers and analysts. His background includes project management roles at Royal London Insurance and 13 years at BT as a technology consultant in sales and in customer services.

Dr John Argirakis, Technology Director & Co-Founder

John has over 13 years experience as a Technology Director in the environmental sector. He is a renowned expert in the development of low power technologies for harsh conditions. Prior to founding Ibexis, he was founder and then for 10 years Technology Director of a successful environmental technology company called Salamander which provides technology and consultancy services to clients including BT, Siemens and environmental consultancies.

Darren Rickless, Channels Director

Darren has over 10 years experience in channels. In 1997 he joined a management consultancy that specialises in route to market strategy. He has completed assignments in the UK and Continental Europe, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand. His has worked with clients such as ICI Paints, Hewlett Packard, Australian Gas, Texaco and UPS to advise them on channel strategy and to help them identify and recruit suitable channel partners.
