We are pleased to announce the launch of the next generation MSP. Series 4 incorporates many new features as summarised below.

Connectivity

• MODBUS support & capability for further internet downloadable protocols
• Two additional RS232 serial ports
• Thermocouple –no need for common mode voltage bias resistors

Logging

• Asynchronous event logging - Can now log sub-second asynchronous digital state changes
• Wake-up on demand– call to initiate data upload/sync

Diagnostics

• Enhanced network diagnostics
• Enhanced cellular network information available to assist network trouble-shooting
• Automated or manual cellular provider selection

Location Based Service

• Auto location detect (Automated location detection using cell triangulation). Accuracy is typically 500m

Integration

• Scheduled FTP service

Alerting

• Users can individually and selectively, “subscribe” to be notified of particular alarm conditions.
• Notifications can be SMS, email or web service calls with message content tailored to individual need.

Power

• Extended battery operation – even lower power modes
• Blended power support– able to intelligently support and combine rechargeable, non rechargeable batteries and solar panels.
